Below are the steps to be followed.

 

Connect USB port of cable to Laptop and other RJ45 port to MD Interface Switch.

Open Putty

Select “Serial” and Enter “COM5”.

Username: Admin, Password: Emerson1

Enter – Show sysinfo

Enter – Show eventlog

Save to clipboard in text editor
